1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting information through our Property Spec Sheet, or communicating with Blueprint Partners LLC (doing business as Blueprint Home Buyers), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable state and federal laws.
2. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
